1. Agreement
By accessing rotalabs.ai ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are between you and Rota, Inc. ("Rotalabs", "we", "us"), a Delaware C-Corporation.
2. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about our research, publications, open-source software, and company. You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with the Site's operation or availability.
- Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial purposes without permission.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Rotalabs.
3. Open-Source Software
Our open-source packages are published under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0) unless otherwise specified. Use of our software is governed by the applicable license, not these Terms of Service. Each repository's LICENSE file is the authoritative source for its licensing terms.

Our research papers, blog posts, and technical writing are provided for informational purposes. 5. Intellectual Property
- Trademarks: "Rotalabs", "Rotascale", "Rotastellar", and the Rota logo are trademarks of Rota, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
- Website content: Text, design, and graphics on this Site are © Rota, Inc. unless otherwise noted.
- Open-source code: Governed by their respective licenses (see Section 3).
- Research papers: Published under their respective licenses (typically CC BY 4.0 or arXiv's default license).
6. Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about our research, tools, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (GitHub, PyPI, npm, arXiv, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
